3. Authentication and Accounts

This guide explains how authentication works in DivZone AI, the different account types, and how to manage your account settings.

3.1 Anonymous Users vs. Authenticated Users​

DivZone AI supports two usage modes:

Anonymous Users​

You can use DivZone AI without creating an account. As an anonymous user:

-✅You can generate 1 free project.

-✅You can preview your project.

-✅You can download your project.

-❌Your projects are not saved to your account.

-❌You cannot share public preview links.

-❌You cannot use premium models.

tip

Use anonymous mode to try DivZone before creating an account. When you reach the limit, you will be prompted to register.

Authenticated Users​

Creating an account unlocks the full DivZone experience:

  • Unlimited Generations (subject to credit balance)
  • Saved Projects in your account
  • Project History: Access all your previous projects
  • Public Preview Links: Share your projects
  • Premium AI Models: Pro, Architect, Ultra, DS Pro
  • Purchase Credits: Buy credits for premium features

3.2 Registration​

Email and Password Registration​

  1. Click "Register" in the header.

  2. Enter your email address and password.

  3. Password Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters

  • Maximum 36 characters

  • At least one uppercase letter

  • At least one lowercase letter

  • At least one special character (non-alphanumeric symbol)

  1. Click on "Create account".

  2. Check your email for a verification link.

  3. Click the link to verify your account.

tip

Use a valid email address; you will need it to verify your account and recover your password.

Google Authentication​

  1. Click on "Sign up with Google"
  2. Select your Google account
  3. Grant the requested permissions
  4. Sign in immediately
tip

Google OAuth is the fastest way to get started. Your email is automatically verified.

3.3 Login​

Login with email and password​

  1. Click "Login" in the header.

  2. Enter your email address and password.

  3. Click "Login".

Login with Google OAuth​

  1. Click "Sign in with Google".

  2. Select your Google account.

  3. You will be logged in immediately.

Limiting login attempts​

For security reasons, login attempts are limited:

  • Maximum of 5 failed attempts before temporary blocking.

  • Block duration: 15 minutes.

  • After being blocked, you can try again.

Tip: If you forget your password, use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page.

3.4 Email Verification

After registering with your email and password, you must verify your email address before you can:

  • Purchase credits
  • Use premium AI models
  • Share public preview links

How to Verify

  1. Check your inbox for the verification email.

  2. Click the verification link.

  3. You will be redirected to DivZone with a confirmation message.

Resend Verification

If you didn't receive the email:

  1. Go to Log In.

  2. Enter your email and password.

  3. You will see the "Resend Verification" option.

  4. Click it to receive a new verification email.

Tip: Check your spam folder if you don't see the verification email.noreply@divzone.appto your contacts.

3.5 Session Management​

Session Duration​

  • Authenticated sessions last 7 days.

  • After 7 days, you will need to log in again.

  • You can log out manually at any time.

Token Management​

DivZone uses JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for authentication:

  • Tokens are securely stored in your browser.

  • Tokens are automatically refreshed before they expire.

  • When you log out, the token is deleted from your browser.

Multiple Devices​

You can log in on multiple devices simultaneously. Your projects and credits are synchronized across all devices.

3.6 Account Management​

Profile​

You can view and edit your profile:

  • Name — Display name

  • Email Address — Your registered email address (cannot be changed)

  • Avatar — Profile picture (from Google if you use OAuth)

Changing Your Password​

To change your password:

  1. Go to Profile Menu → Log Out → Log In → Forgot your password?

  2. Enter your email address

  3. Go to your email inbox

  4. Click the password recovery link

  5. Enter your new password

  6. Confirm your new password

  7. Click "Update Password"

Deleting Your Account​

To delete your account, send an email tohelp@div.zonewith the subject line "Delete Account" and your registered email address. Please note that this action is irreversible.
