Account and Registration​

Do I need to create an account to use DivZone AI?​

Yes, you need an account to use DivZone AI. Registration is free and includes 10 welcome credits for you to try the platform. You can register at ai.div.zone/auth/register.

How do I recover my password?​

If you forgot your password, log out and use the Forgot your password? link on the login page (ai.div.zone/auth/forgot-password). You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset it.

Can I change my email address?​

Currently, it is not possible to change the email address associated with your account from the user interface. If you need to change your email address, please contact the support team through the contact form or write to help@div.zone.

How do I delete my account?​

To request the deletion of your account, send an email to help@div.zone from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 5 business days.

Credits and Pricing​

What are credits and how do they work?​

Credits are the unit of consumption for DivZone AI. Each code generation consumes a number of credits that depends on the selected AI model and the complexity of the request. Premium models consume more credits but offer better results.

How many credits do I get when I register?​

All new users receive 10 free credits upon completing registration. These credits do not expire and you can use them to try any of the available models.

How do I buy more credits?​

You can purchase credits on the pricing page: ai.div.zone/pricing. We offer several packages to suit different needs. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

Do credits expire?​

Purchased credits expire after 6 months. Welcome credits (the 10 free registration credits) do not expire. You can use them whenever you want.

Do you offer refunds?​

If you have a problem with a credit purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We evaluate each case individually. Welcome credits are non-refundable.

Code Generation​

What languages does DivZone AI support?​

DivZone AI generates code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The generated projects are complete web pages ready to use in any modern browser. We do not currently generate code in other languages such as Python, PHP, or Java.

Can I edit the generated code?​

Yes. DivZone AI includes a built-in code editor where you can modify any generated file (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). You can also request specific changes from the AI by submitting new requests in the chat.

Does the AI understand requests in Spanish?​

Yes. DivZone AI understands and responds to requests in both Spanish and English. You can also write requests using both languages. The quality of the generated requests is similar in both languages.

How long does it take to generate a project?​

Generation time depends on the complexity of your request, the selected AI model, and the current server load. In general:

  • Simple requests (1-2 files): 5 to 15 seconds.
  • Medium requests (3-5 files): 15 to 45 seconds.
  • Complex requests (more than 5 files): 45 seconds to 2 minutes.

Is there a file limit per project?​

There is no strict file limit, but we recommend keeping projects to a reasonable size (fewer than 50 files) for optimal performance. Very large projects can slow down generation and previewing.

What AI models are available?​

DivZone AI offers six AI models:

Why is a model unavailable?​

Models may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • High user demand
  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Model updates

If a model is unavailable, we recommend switching to another model or waiting a few minutes. Availability is usually restored quickly.

Can I change models during a project?​

Yes. You can change models at any time using the model selection dropdown menu in the chat. Changing models only affects new generations, not previous ones.

Projects and Storage​

Where are my projects stored?​

Your projects are stored on DivZone AI servers associated with your account. You can access them from any device by logging in with your account. While you work, your project is also temporarily saved to your browser's local storage as a backup.

How long are my projects kept?​

Projects are kept indefinitely as long as your account is active. We recommend downloading ZIP backups of important projects, as we cannot guarantee their preservation in case of account closure or major platform changes.

Can I share my projects?​

Yes. DivZone AI allows you to generate a public preview link to share your project with others. The link displays a live preview of your project without requiring the recipient to have a DivZone AI account.

Can I download my project?​

Yes. You can download your project in ZIP format at any time by clicking the Download .zip button. The ZIP file contains all generated files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) ready to be published on any web server.

Privacy and Security​

Does DivZone AI use my code to train models?​

No. Your code and projects are private. DivZone AI does not use user-generated code to train AI models. You can view our privacy policy at Privacy Policy.

Is my data safe?​

Yes. We use HTTPS encryption for all communications. Your data is stored on secure servers with restricted access. For more details, please see our Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy.

Can I use the generated code in commercial projects?​

Yes. You own the code generated with DivZone AI. You can use it in personal, academic, and commercial projects without restrictions. We do not require attribution.

Technical Issues​

The page looks different in my browser​

Make sure you are using an up-to-date browser. DivZone AI works best in the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. Also, check that you do not have any extensions that modify page content (such as aggressive ad blockers).

I am not receiving the verification or password reset email​

Check your spam or junk mail folder. If you haven't received the email after 10 minutes, try resending it from the relevant page. If the problem persists, contact support.

Does DivZone AI work on mobile devices?​

DivZone AI is optimized for desktop. Although you can access it from a mobile device, the code editing and preview experience is best on a desktop or laptop screen. We recommend using a device with a screen width of at least 1024px.
